Scot’s Language

Auld Scot’s Tongue

There
are many dialects of the Scottish language from Lowland Scot's to Doric in
the Aberdeen region. These dialects have developed over centuries. Here we
have a collection of words that could be described as "auld Scots" which has
developed into the regional dialect used by Glaswegians in common speech.
